The photo-shoot for the sought after limited edition calendar was done in Mauritius by ace photographer Atul Kasbekor. Incidentally, the first edition of the calendar in 2003 was also shot in Mauritius.
“We shot in totally different parts of the country and the tourism authority has given us access to some unbelievable locations including the Casella Nature Park, where we shot with wild animals like cheetahs, lions and zebras,” Kasbekar said at the launch of the calendar.
The models in this year’s shoot are Lisa Haydon, Angela Jonsson, Liza Golden, Anjali Lavania, Charlotte Lohmann and Fiona Thomas, Who made it to the most awaited calendar.
Ushering in the first month of the coming year is the winner of the Kingfisher Calendar Girl Hunt, Angela Johnson. The 5'8" model walked away with the plum prize of the opening shot.
